My brother finished (I think) his sleeve tattoo, and believe it or not, it was done by three artists. Firt it was done by Joe Saliendra (please see my previous post regarding the whole family gettin' a tattoo), it was a flower like samoan tattoo on his deltoid. Pascasio (vocalist of Grin Department, OPM) who made the finishing touches, and that is the sleeves samoan style incorporated with an old pinoy head hunter tattoo.
